It is automatically emailed to you once an order is made (this includes trials). Sometimes our emails end up in your junk folder or is treated as spam. Try looking in those places first, as the email will contain other information you need. If you still can't find it, just contact us so we can help you.
Visualcoaching Pro will only work on one computer at a time. It can only be installed on one computer unless you have more than one license. If you need to transfer your license to another computer please contact us so we can help you.
